Victor is passionate about education. He strongly believes that children with learning challenges can discover their true potential if schools provide the right environment and remain relentlessly focused on providing high quality of teaching. He founded Bridge Academy in 2014, a school providing Applied Behaviour Analysis ( ABA) services for children with learning difficulties aged 2 and above. More than 300 special education needs (SEN) children has received ABA services since 2014.

Victor has also founded Bridge AI, a company using Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data and video and audio communication systems to support e-learning of SEN children. He is now collaborating with Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) in a project funded by the Hong Kong Innovative and Technology Bureau (ITB) to develop the Integrated Intelligent Intervention-learning system (3i-learning system) that tailors the individual needs of students with SEN.

Victor is a Doctor of Education student at The Education University of Hong Kong and holds a master’s degree in accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.  He is also a speaker at IEEE conferences about next-generation technologies for people with cognitive and learning disabilities.

Dr. Chan is active in giving public and professional educational talks including child behavioural and developmental problems, ASD, ADHD, parenting and other common pediatric problems.

Dr. Chan graduated from The University of Hong Kong and obtained his Master degree in Pediatrics at the National University of Singapore. In his postgraduate training, he went to the Department of Pediatrics of Princess Margaret Hospital, and received advanced training in child neurology, developmental and behavioural medicine in Princess Margaret Hospital, Child Psychiatry Unit of Kwai Chung Hospital and Child Assessment Centre of Department of Health.

He is now the Honorary Consultant Pediatrician at Hong Kong Baptist Hospital.

Dr. Chui is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner of HKSAR with over 18 years of clinical experience having encountered over 100,000 patient consultations. He has led many clinical trials in integrated western and Chinese medicines, by utilizing laboratory parameters to reflect the therapeutic effects of different Chinese medicine formulae on various clinical conditions including aging, vascular damage, liver cirrhosis, Parkinsons’s disease, metabolic syndrome, allergic rhinitis and infertility

Dr. Chui is a distinguished professional in research, medical and business operations.  He obtained his first doctoral degree in Clinical Biochemistry from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1990 and his second doctoral degree in Chinese Medicine from the Hong Kong Baptist University in 2004. 

He is also the Managing Director of Diagnostix Medical Centre Ltd, CEO of Modern TCM Ltd, Diagnostix Food Testing Ltd and Diagnostix Chinese Medicine Testing Ltd. His clinics in Chinese medicine were also one of the first in Hong Kong to be awarded ISO accreditation (Consultation and Drug Dispense) by the British Standards Institute (BSI).  He is also running the first Chinese medicine out-patient clinic in a Hong Kong non-profit making Catholic hospital (Precious Blood Hospital). 

Albert is a fervent and passionate educator for Special Educational Needs (SEN) children. He has worked with SEN children for over 20 years. Beginning in Los Angeles, he worked with visually-impaired individuals for 3 years before moving to Hong Kong in 2002 and started his career in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

In the span of 2 decades, Albert has served over 500 families of SEN children. During this time, he has trained hundreds of parents, empowering each family with ABA skills and helping them gain clarity into the paths ahead. He has worked collaboratively with numerous schools and paraprofessional educators in Hong Kong, providing comprehensive and consistent education for SEN children. He has trained young children foundational learning skills and tools to thrive in school and in our society.

Tyler has been providing Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities since 2014. After completing her studies, Tyler had worked in an early intervention ABA centre in Kuwait where she developed her clinical skills to become a Behaviour Analyst. She had also worked in Beijing where she further developed her clinical and managerial skills. She is familiar with approaches such as Natural Environment Teaching, Discrete Trial Teaching, and Verbal Behaviour. She also conducts preliminary and on-going assessments using curriculums such as the ABLLS-R and VB-MAPP.

Tyler understands children with autism have their unique skills and also a range of deficits. These deficits, with the right therapy and with a collective effort with the family, can be improved upon. So, the importance of early intervention, the right and quality treatment, staff training and parents training are paramount. At Bridge Academy, Tyler is to ensure the clinical integrity and quality service provision to children at Sheung Wan centre. She also oversees the progress and development of our clients’ ABA programs.

Tyler is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) since 2017 and holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and Psychology degree from Bangor University in the United Kingdom. She relocated to Hong Kong in 2020 and has been providing ABA service in Hong Kong since then.

Kelvin has worked with children with special education needs (SEN) since 2014, with extensive experience providing service to SEN children through 1-on-1 therapy, social groups and school shadowing.

Fiona has worked with individuals with Special Education Needs (SEN) in Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong since 2005. Since moving back to Hong Kong, she has worked with SEN individuals from 1 year 6 months to 12 years old in various agencies specializing in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

She specialises in working with SEN children in various settings, such as school, home, learning centers and in community settings. She is responsible for designing Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and curriculum in programs. She supervises both the SEN individuals and therapists, and provides training to therapists, school teachers and parents. When working with individuals, she adopts the child-centered and person-centered approach.

Fiona is a certified psychological counsellor (HKPCA), holding a Master’s degree in Counselling from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science in Psychology from National University of Singapore.

Ellen was trained and has worked with non-government organisations, kindergartens and the Education Bureau in Hong Kong. She provides psychological assessment and educational consultation services for children and has ample experience with gifted, intellectually-disabled, dyslexic children, children with autistic features, and also those with various other special needs. 

Ellen currently provides consultation and support services to kindergartens-cum-nurseries, and special child care center (SCCC) operated by a non-profit organization in Hong Kong.

She is a Registered Educational Psychologist in United Kingdom and Hong Kong. She graduated from the University of Alberta (Canada) with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in Psychology. She also obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree at the University of Manchester (the United Kingdom) and a Master of Educational and Child Psychology (M.E.C.P.) degree at the Hong Kong Polytechnics University (Hong Kong). Ms. Fok is also accredited by the University of Queensland (Australia) as a training provider of the “Positive Parenting Programme” (or “Triple P”).
